LEADERSHIP OUTSIDE OF THE CLASSROOM

While I've learned theoretical applications of leadership within the classroom, I feel like my understanding of what it means to be a leader has really gotten a jumpstart towards maturity during my experiences as both a leader and a follower in the big, bad real world.
Part of PLC's program requirements require Alternative Leadership Experiences. Typically, these experiences provide opportunities designed to further leadership development through real-world encounters.
